いんすぴ これやん展 出展分
動物のスツールを作っりだすきっかけになった作品です。
参加作家がそれぞれテーマの言葉をいただいて制作する展示で、その年は"すじがねいり"という言葉をいただき、とにかく高いところに登りたがる頑固なヤギ(アイベックス)をモチーフに椅子を製作しました。
野生生物にはなにか神格めいたものを感じているので、しんとした外国の神殿の彫刻のような雰囲気にしています。
その後の参加では毎回なにか新しいことを取り入れるようにしています。

This is the work that inspired me to create animal stools.
In the exhibition, each participating artist was asked to create a theme word, and that year, I was given the word "sujiganeiri" --- means a character that is stubborn or has conviction as if there is a reinforcing bar inside --- and created a chair with the motif of a stubborn goat (ibex) that wants to climb high places...
I feel something divine about wildlife, so I gave it the atmosphere of a quiet foreign temple sculpture.
I try to incorporate something new in each subsequent visit.

せんぱい 阿・吽
鬼のような先輩を尻にしく＋後輩の尻にしかれる私…のイメージで、仏教における先輩である邪鬼を、大陸風のスタイルでを制作しました。
